Honus Wagner | T-206 Baseball Greats Series | 1oz Silver Bar

The T-206 baseball cards (1909–1911) are among the most iconic and collectible in the hobby. Known as the "White Border" set, they feature 524 lithographic portraits of major and minor league players, distributed by tobacco brands. These cards are prized for their detailed artwork, historical significance, and variations in print runs and back designs. The set remains highly sought after, featuring baseball greats such as Honus Wagner, Cy Young, Christy Mathewson, Ty Cobb, and Walter Johnson.

Honus Wagner is regarded as one of the best all-around baseball players of all time. The shortstop won eight batting titles, led the league in slugging six times and in stolen bases five times. He was one of the first five members inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1936.

His 1909-1911, T-206 tobacco card is one of the most sought after baseball cards of all time. With less than 60 copies estimated remaining in circulation, high grade examples sell in the millions of dollars.
